Therapy Log
Append-only record of what happened in this wiki and when. Newest first (OKF v0.2 §9).
Entry types: ingest · compile · lint · maintenance
Parseable: grep "^## \[" Log.md | head -5
[2026-09-10] lint | First pass
Two findings: (1) session notes were orphaned — no inbound links from any compiled page; (2) no experiment has been assigned across two sessions of real material. Reproduce with python3 scripts/wiki-lint.py from the workspace root.
[2026-09-10] maintenance | Structure repaired
- Rebuilt Therapy Index as a real catalog (pages + summary + source count + last compiled).
- Created Sessions — it was linked from the index but did not exist (broken wikilink).
- Sessions now indexes the session notes, giving them inbound links; they were orphans in the workspace graph. Session notes themselves were left untouched — the raw layer is immutable.
- Started this log.
[2026-09-10] compile | Backfill from sessions 25 Aug + 28 Aug
Compiled Themes, Patterns, Open Loops and Experiments from both session notes. Every item attributed to its source session; nothing inferred beyond what was said in session.
[2026-08-28] ingest | Session 2026-08-28
Backfilled 10 Sep. Session note written. Synthesis pages not updated at the time.
