Needs attention
Contradiction — entity counts. Home Assistant Device Map reports 586 entities and 28 automations; Home Assistant Tidy Report reports 1066 and 37 — both generated 3 Sep 2026. One is almost certainly a filtered subset (Zigbee/Z2M only, or excluding disabled entities) but neither note says which. Resolve this before either is used as a baseline.
Missing sidecar. remortgage-completion-letter-2026-07-31.pdf has no
derived note, while the Principality letter from the day before does. Either
compile one or record why it doesn’t need one.
Dated research. Manchester Piccadilly Train Research — Mon 9 Nov 2026 covers one specific journey on 9 Nov 2026. Fares and times will drift — treat it as a snapshot, not a reference.
Estate survey. Hermes tidy — 6 November 2026 counts what is installed, where the 23 GB sits, and what is duplication rather than data. Reclaimable: 2.9 GB of identical Immich model-cache tarballs, 1 GB of uv cache, and about 900 MB of scratch from finished jobs.
