Generated from a read-only scan of every markdown file in the workspace: age, inbound links, whether an index names it, size, and whether a dated sibling supersedes it.

Actioned 6 November 2026 — 39 of the 40 deleted, moved to trashed/files/2026-11-06/ with their paths preserved (restore by copying back). One was kept: anxiety-log-tracker.md, because health-capture.py raises if it is absent — it is the sink for anxiety: … captures, not clutter. The four other empty registers went, and the schema plus system-validate.py stopped expecting them, so the 7am validation is clean rather than reporting four missing files.

How the list was built

• A — files under generated/: stale short exports of trackers that the real file already supersedes.
• B — dated reports where a newer version exists (the two HA audits from 27 Oct) or the job they were written for is finished.
• C — daily memory notes from May–July. Mnemosyne is now the durable store; these are the raw feed.
• D — research notes with no inbound links and no follow-up.
• E — registers that exist but hold almost nothing. Not junk so much as unanswered: the pipeline never writes to them.
